Hand Sealers can be purchased as a packaged system with a shrink wrap heat gun and a roll of centerfold PVC shrink wrap.

These two shrink wrap heat guns are ideal for applying heat to products after they are sealed. Both shrink guns average shrinking up to 12 products per minute. The Variable Temperature Heat Shrink Gun allows you to adjust the temperature to get the perfect shrink temp. on your products. Temperatures of this shrink wrap heat gun range from 0 to 1100 degrees. This shrink wrap heat gun comes with a limited 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. A hand guard provides additional safety while not interfering with the shrink wrap heat gun’s operations.
The 2-Speed Heat Shrink Gun is a shrink wrap heat gun with two temperature settings of 750 and 11000 degrees Fahrenheit. Further adjustment will require holding the shrink wrap heat gun at the optimal distance from the film.
The I-Bar Shrink Wrap Sealers and the Portable I-bar Shrink Wrap Sealer are shrink wrap machines that can wrap 4 to 12 products per minute. The types of these shrink wrap sealers we carry are:

The Portable I-Bar shrink wrap sealer can fit in the trunk of your car for easy transport. This shrink wrap machine utilizes a micro switch to activate the shrink wrap sealer/cutting wire. An 8’ cord connects the controller to the shrink wrap machine, which features an adjustable temperature timer. An ideal shrink wrap machine for the toughest jobs.
The I-Bar Shrink Wrap Sealer comes as a shrink wrap machine system with a bar sealer, a timer, two-speed shrink wrap heat gun and holder, a film rack, an outlet plug, a parts kit, and a free roll of 75 gauge PVC shrink wrap.
I-Bar Shrink Wrap Sealer systems take three easy steps to shrink wrap CD’s, DVD’s, book, baskets, etc.: load the product between the two sides of the film, seal the sides, and shrink the film with a shrink wrap heat gun. View a video of how to set up a shrink wrap sealer. A Shrink Tunnel is the suggested shrink machine to use with an I-Bar Shrink Wrap Sealer for higher outputs, instead of a shrink wrap heat gun. A Shrink Tunnel takes less time than the heat shrink gun to shrink products, matching the output from the I-Bar Shrink Wrap Sealer. The I-Bar sealer and a shrink tunnel are great products to use for high speed operations using shrink bags.
L-Bar Shrink Sealers are available as a Portable shrink wrap machines or Deluxe shrink wrap systems. Both shrink wrap machines easily custom-fit the film to the product. With a Shrink Tunnel instead of a shrink wrap heat gun, L-Bar Shrink Wrap Sealers can wrap 6 to 20 products per minute.
The Portable Shrink Wrap Sealer travels well, one can shrink wrap high volumes of products at multiple locations. This shrink wrap machine is great for increasing production while reducing energy and costs.
